Our in-house Florist & Styling Coordinator Hannah brings your wedding vision to life with thoughtful design, expert planning, and seamless execution—so you can truly enjoy the experience without the stress. From refining the details to handling setup and cleanup, we make your wedding beautiful and effortless.

So what’s the difference if you hire our stylist vs styling yourself?

Initial meeting to discuss colors, themes, Pinterest board, and your overall vision, complete with a styling summary document
You can reach our stylist by email at any point during your wedding planning process
A final design meeting will be scheduled approximately 12 weeks before your wedding to thoughtfully finalize every detail
After compiling your list of personal décor and rentals from our boutique, our stylist will guide you in designing the perfect placement for every element
Scheduled drop-off for your personal decor before your wedding day
Set up of all your personal and rented decor, styled to perfection on your wedding day
Clean up and repacking of all decor at the end of your wedding night
Scheduled pick-up time for your personal decor after your wedding day
Enjoy your wedding day knowing every detail is handled seamlessly from start to finish

Create your wishlist of the decor you want to rent from our boutique — items will be placed on a cart in the barn, ready for you to set up day of
Access to the barn and tent for you to set up is 1pm — early access is not permitted
Clean up and repacking of all your decor must take place one hour after your event — all your decor must be taken with you when you leave for the night

All couples will meet with the stylist to pick out linens, regardless of whether they plan to hire her for styling services.

Meet our Stylist Hannah

Hi, I’m Hannah, the on-site florist and stylist at Venue 5126. I started my floral design journey in 2018 and have since designed florals for over 300 large-scale events. I’m an innovative, hands-on designer who thrives on creative challenges and loves creating bold statement pieces—especially dramatic arches and hanging installations. I work closely with rentals and linens to help create a cohesive, thoughtfully styled design. I manage styling details, setup, and breakdown to take the stress out of the design process. I stay inspired by emerging trends and am always expanding my knowledge to ensure every event feels fresh and elevated. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me working on projects around the house or trying new restaurants with friends.
