Meet our in-house officiant, Jeff!

Your wedding officiant services include:

• Initial Consultation – An in-person or virtual meeting to get to know you both, learn more about your relationship, and discuss your vision for the ceremony.
• Ceremony Planning & Personalization – Guidance in creating a ceremony that reflects you as a couple, including the overall flow, special readings, unity ceremonies, vows, and other meaningful elements you would like to incorporate.
• Communication Throughout the Planning Process – Available for phone calls and questions as you finalize the details of your wedding ceremony.
• Customized Ceremony Script – A finalized ceremony script will be prepared and provided for your review and approval prior to the wedding day.
• Ceremony Rehearsal – Attendance at your scheduled rehearsal at Venue 5126 to review the ceremony flow, processional, recessional, wedding party placement, and other ceremony details.
• Wedding Day Officiating – Your officiant will arrive approximately one hour prior to the ceremony to prepare and review any final ceremony details. He will also check in with the DJ and day-of coordinator to ensure everyone is on the same page and everything is ready to go before officiating your wedding ceremony.
• Marriage License – The couple is responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license from Kendall County, Illinois, prior to the wedding ceremony. The officiant will complete and sign the required portion of the marriage license following the ceremony.

In-House Officiant Availability – Our in-house officiant is available for most wedding dates; however, availability is not guaranteed for every date. If you are interested in using our in-house officiant for your ceremony, please reach out to us to confirm availability for your wedding date.
