Our new reception structure brings a completely elevated experience to Venue 5126 — and it’s truly one-of-a-kind in the Chicago suburbs. No other venue in our area offers a tent of this style or caliber. With improved weather protection, a clean framed design that opens up the space and removes obstructed views, and enhanced comfort features like discreet high-placed vents and included heating and AC, this upgraded structure creates a refined, comfortable, and uniquely unforgettable setting for your celebration.

What is the capacity of the atrium dining tent?
The atrium dining tent can accommodate up to 250 guests.
Will dancing take place in the atrium dining tent?
First dances may take place in the atrium dining tent; however, the remainder of the evening’s dancing will take place in the barn—under the glowing twig lights, near the bar, open patio, and restrooms. The atrium will remain open throughout the evening so guests can leave personal items at their tables or step away for a quiet moment to relax.
Can ceremonies take place in the atrium dining tent?
No. Due to the logistics of setting dinner tables and preparing catering with My Chef, there is not enough time to transition the space from a ceremony to dinner. We offer three beautiful ceremony locations on the property, while the atrium dining tent is designed exclusively for dinner service.
When can I tour the new atrium dining tent?
The atrium dining tent will be built and ready to tour by mid-April 2026.
What is the atrium dining tent made of?
While many people assume the atrium is made of glass, it is actually constructed from clear, premium-quality vinyl.
Will all sides of the tent be clear?
The east and south sides of the atrium face our parking lot and will be styled with elegant white drapery. The west-facing side, which overlooks our 500-acre field, will feature clear panels with white drapery tied back. This allows for unobstructed views while also giving us the flexibility to lower the drapery if the sun is in guests’ eyes or during catering setup by My Chef while a pergola ceremony and cocktail hour are taking place.
Will the ceiling of the tent be clear?
The ceiling of the tent will be finished with a white vinyl, additionally where the ceiling meets the walls there will be a 2-foot clear perimeter allowing an incredible amount of natural light to fill the space.
What kind of lighting will be in the atrium dining tent?
Just like our previous triple-peak tent, the atrium will feature Italian string lights and beautiful white chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. Crystal or clear chandeliers will not be used in this space.
Can the hanging ladders still be used in the new atrium?
Yes! Our hanging ladders, along with our ceiling greenery, can be used in the new atrium. As the space evolves, we anticipate adding even more rental options over time.
Will there be drapery on the ceiling?
To maintain the atrium’s clean, open aesthetic, permanent ceiling drapery will not be installed. If ceiling draping is something you’re interested in, you can discuss available options with our stylist.
Will there be AC?
Yes the atrium dining tent will have AC & heat included.
